  • Legal for adults aged 18 and over
  • Nicotine strength capped at 20 mg/ml under the TPD
  • E-liquid bottle capacity capped at 10 ml; tanks at 2 ml
What's banned
  • Single-use disposable vapes banned from sale since 1 June 2026
  • All products must be MHRA-notified before sale
  • Sale to minors carries a £2,500 fine

Penalties

Fines up to £2,500 per offence; repeat offenders face licence revocation and criminal prosecution.
